Terms and Conditions
I. Website fees are billed and due in two parts. Fifty percent (50%) of the fees are due at the beginning of the project to start the project and fifty percent (50%) are due at the conclusion of the project.
II. Changes and requests outside the scope of the project may incur additional charges. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer, those charges will be billed at the conclusion of the project.
III. Customer must provide sufficient website hosting services where WordPress can be installed and run for development.
IV. Certain products provided in this proposal incur yearly recurring costs that must be paid to ensure the website's proper functionality.
