This is a solution that I designed for AT&T's customer - Dekalb County School District in Georgia. I didn't really get a lot of back story on it because my overlay sales person told me exactly what the customer wanted and did an excellent job with discovery.

Industrial Control Use Case
designed this solution based on specs from AT&T USM Anywhere being used as the basis for the Cloud Based SIEM, however you could essentially swap USM Anywhere for almost any other Cloud Based Security Log Collection Service. The purpose of this USE CASE is to show how modern IT Security Technology can be deployed to monitor and provide security services within an IT and an OT environment simultaneously.

Wellstreet Urgent Care – Network Transformation
This customer is Wellstreet Urgent Care based in Georgia with 18 locations throughout Georgia and up through Virginia. Wellstreet is part of a network of Urgent Care facilities with 54 locations in total. These UC facilities span the southeast US over to Minnesota.

Tulane University Retention Project
Tulane University signed a 3-year contract with AT&T for Managed Threat Detection and Response at the end of 2020. For over 6 months the deployment carried on and the customer CIO was very upset that they were no closer to getting the deployment in place than on day one.
