All-In-One Product Architecture

During my time at AT&T Cybersecurity I was enjoying a great of success working with the Public Sector Team, especially in the State of Texas, and Oklahome. In an effort to recreate that success across every potential customer I put together a high level drawing of the architecture of all the products that were offered on the AT&T Texas DIR contract so that showing a representation of how the different services and products might integrate with a customers network environment might work. This drawing when alighed with the MTDR Architecture gave the sales teams at AT&T numerous upsell opportunities and enabled us to grow accounts through a land and expand sales cycle. Generally over a three contract period we were growing customer’s cybesecurity spend with AT&T by as much as 300%. With staggered deployment dates and customers need for continuity in services this would grow the length of contracted services from `1-3 years to up to 10 years with expanded services being deployed every fiscal year.

Conclusion.

The All-In-One turned in to a highly productive tool for the sales and technical sales teams at every level to use introducing, explaining and showing customers the benefit and expanse of AT&T Cybersecurity Managed Services. plus the Architectural drawing was easily customizable to represent a customer’s environment which really made them feel as though the solution was custom designed just for them.
