One of four Senior Sales Engineers hand-picked to launch AT&T’s Public Sector cybersecurity team nationally. Led a bi-weekly training series called the Cybersecurity TechSegment — delivering deep dives on MDR, SIEM, and managed security products to technical sellers and Solution Architects across the US.
At peak the sessions drew 120+ live viewers per session with hundreds more accessing recordings monthly through the PSCCE SharePoint site — a resource that became the go-to technical reference for AT&T’s Public Sector sales teams nationwide, surpassing what AT&T Corporate provided.
The series drove measurable technical consistency and cross-team alignment across one of AT&T’s highest-priority growth verticals.
