“In preparation for an interview with Zscaler (July 2024), I developed a wide-area SASE architecture

This solution was designed specifically for Seminole State College in Florida. 

They had some unique challenges and wanted a very unique solution. They were having issues with interconnectivity between locations, especially with connectivity to the Florida Railway System.

This is a total digital transformation redesign of the antiquated and unreliable network for Nueces County, Texas. A smaller county in South Texas.

At AT&T, I was not just a member but one of the four Cybersecurity Sales Engineers hand-picked to spearhead the launch of the new and updated Public Sector Team for AT&T Business. My previous experience with AT&T Cybersecurity, where I supported the Healthcare and Public Sector in the Southeastern US, was instrumental in this endeavor.

AT&T recommends a fully managed SD-WAN (software-defined wide area network) routed E-Rate category one eligible solution using the Fortinet Platform to transform DCSD’s legacy WAN. The Fortinet Platform, known for its robust security features, scalability, and ease of management, will allow DCSD’s current fiber network to work alongside AT&T Dedicated Ethernet (ADE). This modernized WAN-edge architecture with an SDWAN solution implementation will provide key improvements to DCSD’s network.

This customer is Wellstreet Urgent Care based in Georgia with 18 locations throughout Georgia and up through Virginia. Wellstreet is part of a network of Urgent Care facilities with 54 locations in total. These UC facilities span the southeast US over to Minnesota.
