AT&T Marketing Collateral (Public Sector)

Created compelling public-sector-focused marketing materials for AT&T’s cybersecurity offerings, translating technical product capabilities into customer-friendly messages. These collateral pieces helped make complex security architecture relatable to public-sector decision-makers. The assets supported sales teams in positioning cybersecurity solutions in government and education sectors.

During my tenure at AT&T Cybersecurity as Senior Sales Engineer IV – Public Sector (SLED), I identified a major gap: the standard marketing organization did not create collateral tailored to the unique needs of State, Local, and Education customers. Recognizing this gap, my manager, Patrick Robinson, tasked me with creating specialized collateral that could be reviewed by AT&T Legal and then distributed.

I collaborated with internal stakeholders to design, draft, and refine Public Sector–specific sales and marketing content that addressed compliance, procurement, and technical requirements unique to SLED customers. The result was a new set of approved marketing assets that empowered our account teams with differentiated collateral, shortened sales cycles, and enhanced credibility with public sector decision-makers.
